Menu A
Entree: Choice of beef and chicken or pork fajitas with rice, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and flour tortillas.
Menu B
Entree: Crispy tacos and ground beef or cheese enchiladas topped with chile con carne or shredded chicken enchiladas topped with ranchero or sour cream sauce. Served with rice and refried beans.
Menu C
Entree: Chicken flautas, mini beef chimichangas, beef and chicken quesadillas, and cheese-stuffed jalapeños. Served with guacamole and sour cream.
